All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified in writing. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are defined on a per-project basis and may vary depending on client requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, visuals, templates, concepts, and creative materials produced by Vet Wholesalers remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered assets for their intended commercial or promotional purposes. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution. Any delays caused by missing assets, late approvals, or incomplete feedback may affect delivery timelines. Vet Wholesalers is not responsible for project outcomes impacted by inaccurate or insufficient information provided by the client.

Payments and Billing

All fees are communicated in advance and must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vet Wholesalers reserves the right to revise pricing for future services.

Revisions and Modifications

Each service package includes a defined number of revisions. Requests exceeding the agreed revision limit or falling outside the original scope of work may result in additional charges. Significant changes to the project direction may require an updated timeline and revised pricing approval before work continues.
